How we version

The number before the dot changes when the population changes shape: a new layer, a finer grain, a new way the layers join. That is when your queries may need a second look. The number after the dot changes when the population grows inside the same shape, and anything you wrote against the previous one keeps working. A release ships once every country in it reproduces the official statistics it claims to.
