Pricing

One subscription. It is your access to Hiasynth from any AI client, and it comes with a monthly allowance of credits that meter what you ask. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout unless you enter a business VAT number.

  • Standard €28 a month. 300 credits every month, every tool, every client you connect. Cancel any time.
  • Launch week €4 a month for 100 credits, until 23 September 2026. Yours for as long as the subscription runs. For a consumer in Sweden that is €5 with VAT.

Connecting, seeing the tools and reading the full attribute catalogue is free. Answers are what the subscription pays for. There is no trial: for a small company a single query can be the whole answer.

A simple question is usually one call. A comparison across several places, or a question your assistant breaks into parts, may be two or three. So 300 credits is roughly a hundred full market analyses, or several hundred simpler lookups.

Run low? Add a pack

Packs sit behind your monthly allowance, are spent after it, and never expire. They need an active subscription to be bought and to be spent.

How credits work

Every account has up to three pools, spent in this order:

1. Monthly credits, from the subscription. They reset each billing period; unused ones do not carry over.

2. Pack credits you bought. They never reset.

3. Complimentary credits we granted. They never reset either.

Cancelling stops the monthly allowance at the end of the paid period. Pack and complimentary credits stay on the account and are spendable again the moment you resubscribe. A launch-week subscription that is cancelled restarts at the standard price.

Everything is on your account once you are signed in at hiasynth.co: subscribing and packs on your home page, billing, invoices and the low-credit email under account settings, connected clients and API keys on the connector page. This page only describes the prices.
