The first step outside Sweden
Vinga extended the Landsort approach to 26 European countries and set the shape every release since has kept: four linked tables per country, for people, households, household spend and household emissions. It was also the build we used to test the product experience, asking it the questions customers would ask and shaping the query tools around what came back. Cross-border comparison, from EV readiness to household income to dietary habits, was answerable for the first time.
Vinga guards the entrance to Gothenburg, Sweden's gateway to the west. The troubadour Evert Taube grew up here as the lighthouse master's son, and the island's odd stone pyramid has been the first thing home-coming sailors look for.
